Goal
To support reentry parents in Alameda County as they navigate the family court system through case management, legal consultations, and educational workshops.
Who’s It For?
Adults eligible for AB 109 / Realignment services in Alameda County working through child custody, visitation, child support, or other family court matters.
Availability
Delivered at the CORE Center in Oakland. Case management and legal consultations are by referral. Workshops are open to the community and held bi-weekly. Available in English and Spanish.

What CCSNA Offers
CCSNA provides case management, legal consultations, and community workshops for parents navigating family court matters in Alameda County.
Case management and legal consultations are reserved for participants referred through their Deputy Probation Officer or Probation’s Primary Family Reunification Provider. Self-referrals and walk-ins are accepted on a space-available basis. Workshops are open to the community.
